Investcorp Capital plc (Investcorp Capital) has revealed plans for its initial public offering (IPO) on the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX), marking a unique opportunity for eligible investors to access Investcorp Group’s extensive sourcing capabilities and specialized investment expertise. The listing aims to provide investors with attractive returns across economic cycles, along with a recurring cash yield to support a targeted annual dividend payment of 8% on net asset exposure.

Dividend Policy
Investcorp Capital’s dividend policy is designed to provide shareholders with a targeted annual cash dividend equivalent to 8% of net asset exposure. Dividends will be paid semi-annually, with the first payment expected in February 2024 and the second in October 2024, for the financial year ending 30 June 2024.
For the subsequent financial years ending 30 June 2025 and 2026, Investcorp Capital intends to maintain semi-annual cash dividends of at least 8%, based on the total net asset exposure as of 30 June 2024 and 30 June 2025, respectively.
Commitment to Shareholders
In the event that dividends in any period fall below the targeted amount, Investcorp Group will forego its right to receive dividend payments to ensure other shareholders receive a pro rata amount. However, Investcorp Group retains the right to catch up on missed dividend payments in subsequent financial years. This arrangement is in place until the end of the financial year ending 30 June 2026, highlighting Investcorp Capital’s commitment to delivering shareholder value.
