ACWA Power Co. announces the receipt of Conditional award notification from the Saudi Power Procurement Company (SPPC) for Taiba 1 and Qassim 1 IPPs CCGT projects with a total Capacity of 3.6 GW to the consortium of ACWA Power Co. and SEC (The Consortium)

The signing of the 25-year Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) with SPPC is expected during November 2023. The financial impact cannot be determined at this stage.
